We are thrilled that Volunteer Work Weekends have become a staple summer event at the CTA! It’s a great way for us to accomplish necessary trail projects, and a whole lot of fun to do it with other friends of the Catamount Trail. For 2014, CTA will host 2 Volunteer Work Weekends and 1 Volunteer Work Week (that’s right, you can come for an entire week!) to help complete trail projects. We’d love to recruit you, and encourage you to bring friends or family members to enjoy a weekend in the Vermont woods. Join us for a day, a weekend, or for an entire week in early September. CTA will provide a campsite at a local campground for those who wish to camp, and we will all gather for dinner Saturday evening. For those who prefer more luxurious accommodations, we are happy to provide local lodging suggestions.
