Are you interested in being involved in The North Face Race to the Top of Vermont, but not so excited about running, biking or hiking 4.3 miles up Mt. Mansfield? Are you planning on being there anyways to cheer on a friend or loved one? If so, consider volunteering on Sunday, August 24th at the race and help our biggest annual fundraiser be a huge success in it’s 7th year! The North Face Race to the Top of Vermont, hosted by klmountainshop.com, annually attracts over 800 runners, bikers and hikers to the Stowe area to compete for King and Queen of the mountain as they all race up the Mt. Mansfield Toll Road at Stowe Mountain Resort. With that many racers, we need tons of hands on deck to ensure that the race lives up to it’s name of being the Race Most Worth Traveling to in Vermont! From parking attendants to handing out t-shirts, registration to the MVP Kids Run for Fun, there is a volunteer job for everyone, and we need your help!
Interested but not available Sunday? Thanks okay, we are also in need of volunteers on Saturday, August 23rd, to help with pre-registration and race set up.
To sign up as a volunteer, please fill out the online Volunteer Registration Form. Once filled out, the CTA will be in touch within two weeks to confirm that you are registered. As the date gets closer, job assignments are emailed out to everyone along with details for the weekend. We strive to accommodate everyone’s wishes, but we ask that volunteers are flexible with their job assignment requests.
