In this continuing series, we are highlighting some of the recent changes to the CTA Board of Directors. At the Annual Meeting in Killington, VT, we said good bye to several long time board members. While we are sad to see them go, we know that their energy and enthusiasm will be well spent in other arenas of life. Bob Jordan, you will be missed for sure!
Bob has worn many hats during his 20 years as a CTA member. Between 2005 and 2014, Bob served 3+ terms on the CTA Board of Directors, and played a critical role in developing the CTA Tours program. Thanks in part to Bob’s dedication to tours the CTA now organizes and coordinates a long list of single-day and multi-day tours each winter–ensuring that skiers have a bounty of opportunities to ski on a CTA tour. Bob is an avid tour participant, and many fellow skiers have remarked on Bob’s talented and graceful skiing. Bob was a Trail Chief on Section 9 and also the Pico Telemark Clinic Coordinator.
Good luck on your new adventures, Bob, and thanks for all you’ve done for the CTA over the years!
