I just wanted to give a quick plug for the Julbo Aerospace Goggle. I wore a pair of these goggles for the entire Corporate Cup 5k Race (which I also ran in ski boots). I ran with the lens in the open position and not once did they ever fog up or make it difficult to see. I understand that this isn’t a very scientific test, but during the race my face and head were roasting and these stayed crystal clear.
Also, I have used these goggles for the past two winter seasons and haven’t had a single problem with fogging during that time. The photochromic lenses get darker when the light gets brighter and they always seem to offer the perfect amount of shade. I’ve been using the Zebra Light lens and have used it to ski in the dark by headlamp, and on the brightest bluebird days. Not once have I wished for a darker or lighter lens. It’s just works.
