Matt Williams – Executive Director
Matt does a little bit of everything at the CTA, from program development and strategic planning to scouting reroutes and clearing blowdowns on the trail. He also spearheads fundraising, partnerships, and chapter development for the CTA. A native Vermonter, he has been skiing, mountain biking, and hiking for as long as he can remember, and comes to the CTA with a background in teaching, outdoor education, event promotion and program development. When not donning one of his many CTA hats, he can usually be found exploring from his home in the Mad River Valley on skis or a bike. Email


Courtney Dickerson – Trail and Programs Director
Courtney oversees protection, maintenance, and development of the Catamount Trail, as well as mapping and GIS projects. She also manages the CTA’s statewide Youth Programs. Courtney first joined the CTA as the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board AmeriCorps Member, where she fell in love with teaching kids to ski and sharing her love of winter with the students. Courtney has a background in Conservation Biology and Environmental Science and grew up in Vermont, which sparked her love of the outdoors. When she isn’t at the CTA, Courtney enjoys growing her own food, hiking in her backyard, and spending time exploring outside with her husband and kids. Email
Kim Quinlan – Communications and Engagement Manager
Kim oversees the CTA’s digital and print communications, coordinates the CTA’s tours program, and runs the CTA’s many events. Kim comes to the CTA with a background in marketing and graphic design, ski and mountain bike guiding, and program development. When not at the CTA, Kim can often be found riding her mountain bike or touring in the backcountry in search of fresh powder. Email


Asha DiMatteo-LePape – Business Manager
Asha comes to the CTA with a background in outdoor recreation development and program management. She grew up exploring the woods and waters of Southern Vermont and garnered a deep appreciation for winter while living in Maine to study outdoor leadership and conservation science. Currently living in Burlington, you can find Asha climbing, hiking, skiing, and paddleboarding throughout New England but her favorite activity is a sunset/moonrise ski tour. Email
Kinsley Holl – Programs and Engagement Coordinator
Kinsley helps coordinate the Catamount Trail Association’s statewide youth ski programs and spends the off-season working closely with volunteers and community partners on trail projects, events, and outreach efforts. She first came to the CTA as an AmeriCorps member with a background in biology and outdoor education, and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Vermont community and landscape that are so integral to the CTA’s mission. Originally from the Adirondack Mountains, she was raised as an avid skier and runner and can usually be found in search of her next favorite trail. Email
