This winter we are running a little experiment. On Saturdays during the winter we run our youth program at Bolton Valley Resort and part of that program includes renting a bus for the day to haul the kids to and from Burlington.
The plan is to use the bus to provide a shuttle service between Bolton Valley and Nebraska Valley Road after it’s done dropping off our youth participants.
The service will be free this year as we figure things out, and all we ask is that you Please RSVP if you plan to attend. We need to know who-if anyone-is planning on using the service, and because space is limited on the bus we need to keep track of how many people plan on utilizing this service to be sure we can safely seat everyone. So again… PLEASE RSVP!

Now that we have that out of the way here is the bus schedule.
Most people will want to ski from Bolton north to Nebraska Valley, but you could ski the trail the other way if you wanted. It’s up to you.
The bus will pick up passengers at the Bolton Valley Nordic Center at 9:00AM and will depart at 9:15AM SHARP for the parking lot on Old County Road just down from where the Catamount Trail intersects Nebraska Valley Road. The trip should take ~45 minutes.
The bus should arrive at the parking lot off of Old Country Road at 10:00am, and will depart to return to Bolton Valley at 10:15AM SHARP!
No matter which direction you are skiing, be sure to arrive well in advanced so that you are ready to go when the bus arrives.
9:00AM – Bolton Valley Pickup
9:15AM – Depart Bolton Valley
10:00AM – Arrive/Drop off Nebraska Valley Road
10:15AM – Depart Nebraska Valley Road
Remember: Bolton Valley Trail Passes Are Required for skiing this section of trail. If you don’t have a season pass YOU MUST purchase a pass at the Bolton Nordic Center before you depart.
There’s no charge for this service this year… just show up and go!
